    Дозировка смеси в рецептуре: 3,3% к общей массе

    Рецептура

    Мука в/с -160 г
    Сахар-песок*/сахарная пудра – 48 г
    Смесь «Атланта Софт» – 18 г
    Маргарин столовый/молочный 82%** – 128 г
    ИТОГО: 354 г
    Технология приготовления
    замес теста
    Все ингредиенты по рецептуре вносят в емкость миксера и перемешивают лопаткой на медленной скорости до образования крошки 2-3 минуты.
    ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ:
    *Рекомендуется использовать мелкий сахар.
    **Температура маргарина должна составлять 10-15°С.
